In April 2026, Change the Race Ratio launched Transforming Leadership Pipelines, a good practice member guide with actions and takeaways from organisations that are working to increase ethnic minority representation in senior leadership.
On the back of this launch, we convened the Culture and Inclusion Knowledge Share Forum where some of the case studies were brought to life from contributing organisations.
Chaired by Yusuf Ali-Hassan, Inclusion Policy Manager at Change the Race Ratio, the webinar had three panellists that shared the steps their organisation is taking to increase representation:
