Aim of the campaign
Making ethnicity pay gap reporting standard business practice

The campaign draws on the leadership, experience and influence of our members, 70% of whom already report their data, to demonstrate to parliamentarians that ethnicity pay gap reporting is not only feasible, but a driver of performance, trust and long-term growth. The campaign goes beyond our membership base, supporting all businesses to get ready to produce their first ethnicity pay gap report.

Our aim is to sustain pressure for legislation despite delays and demonstrate clear and growing business support for ethnicity pay gap reporting to policymakers. We seek to ensure organisations are ready to report when legislation is introduced and position ethnicity pay gap reporting as a mainstream, high-impact business practice.
