Developing the leaders of tomorrow

Mission Include is an award winning and thriving cross-company mentoring programme, founded in 2018 with the aim to support and advance under-represented talent.

This programme is unique both for its cross-company, cross-sector principles but also its cross-diversity strand approach.

Each year organisations and their respective participants embark on a nine-month mentoring and development programme, expertly delivered by Moving Ahead.

Programme feedback

During the 2022 - 2023 programme the key feedback from participants was

have moved roles, been promoted or expanding their responsibilities since they enrolled on the programme

Why is this programme needed

There is no doubt that the case for DE&I has to be made again and again, in a new way. The sort of work that Moving Ahead is doing through the Mission Include programme is exactly what I think we at Change the Race Ratio have in mind when we talk about bringing a single, united solution.
