The Government published its Industrial Strategy last year, and as the new Prime Minister and Chancellor set out their economic priorities in the coming weeks, this roundtable discussion will explore how the Industrial Strategy is evolving, and how EDI can be embedded as a lever for growth.
Our guest speaker for the roundtable is Kalada Bruce-Jaja, Director for Industrial Strategy at BIST who will share the latest insights from the Government on this agenda, including the department's approach to sector-based growth, skills and jobs plans, and what role businesses can play in shaping and accelerating this work. This will also be a great opportunity for members to showcase why embedding EDI into the strategy on growth is critical, and what they are doing in their respective organisations to build diverse and inclusive leadership teams.
