The Culture and Inclusion Leaders Summit provides a space for EDI Professionals within member companies to come together to connect, learn and share good practice, in pursuit of achieving race equity in senior leadership across the UK business community.
Our theme for this summit will be ‘Creating Connection in a Changing Society’. We will hear from expert speakers who will share expertise in public attitudes and social cohesion. The session will explore how political and social tensions can affect workplace relationships, employee expectations and conversations about inclusion. It will provide practical guidance on responding to difficult issues, building common ground and maintaining trust, while creating space for participants to share experiences and learn from one another.
Bringing together peers from across organisations, the summit will provide a space to share practical approaches, challenges, and lessons learned in building manager capability, embedding accountability, and developing inclusion champions.
