Why DE&I is important to US2U Consulting
Diversity & Inclusion is important to us at US2U Consulting and we're in a position to make positive changes to our clients' behaviours too; helping them recognise exclusion processes and behaviours for example.
Change the Race Ratio is also important to me personally. I've been discriminated against in my career, so it's positive to enable people in positions of power and influence to recognise and act on conscious and unconscious bias.

We monitor ethnic minority representation and pay gaps and currently have a negative ethnic minority pay gap.
