Why ED&I is important to TSB
At TSB we are committed to building a truly inclusive organisation that reflects the customers we serve. To us, inclusion means creating a workplace that values difference and where everyone feels welcome; with access to equal opportunities.
To ensure that our workforce is reflective of UK society, we’ve set representation goals to achieve by 2025. Our Inclusion plan has a particular focus on disability, gender balance, race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and social mobility, as well as developing inclusive behaviours so that all colleagues know their individual experiences and perspectives are valued.
Why being a signatory to Change the Race Ratio is important to TSB
TSB is committed to increasing the racial and ethnic diversity of our teams. Signing the Change the Race Ratio in 2020 allowed us to join a wider movement for greater change, driving commitment and transparency across UK businesses. At TSB we have clear goals and a roadmap to drive the change that’s needed, and our active ‘Ethnicity at TSB’ employee network is promoting a more open dialogue on race and ethnicity across the Bank.
