We actively promote and encourage gender, ethnic and cultural diversity for our own business and in our work for clients. We know that diversity has a significant and positive impact on business performance.
There are a number of ways we promote diversity. Our Role Models programme champions diversity in all its forms. It facilitates events, networking, collaboration, and mentoring opportunities for diverse high-potential leaders and future board members. We are also active supporters and participants of the 10,000 Black Interns initiative.
