Actions Hogan Lovells are taking against Change the Race Ratio commitments
In October 2020, the firm introduced a global goal of 15% minority partners by 2025. Recruiting, recognising, retaining and advancing our underrepresented talent is key to achieving this goal, as is being transparent about our data and holding ourselves to account. The aims of Change the Race Ratio perfectly align with our focus on increasing racial and ethnic diversity throughout our firm and at the highest ranks.
