Why ED&I is important to Aviva

Good ED&I practices ensures that all colleagues can thrive at Aviva. Whatever your characteristics and circumstances we want everyone to be themselves, meaning they are more engaged, motivated and productive.

We have set targets for ethnic diverse leaders (most senior 5% of colleagues) and tied these targets to our Group Executive Long Term Incentives. 

We have set a target of 15% of our leaders to be ethnically diverse by the end of 2025.
