Over the last 18 months The Cowrie Scholarship Foundation has made progress with 26 university partners, covering tuition fees for 105 potential students and our first 19 Cowrie Scholars on full scholarships in programmes across the country.
The key now is to unlock the £2.8M from the 26 university partners to enable these 105 students to attend our universities on full scholarships, as we seek to transform disadvantaged Black British student lives through education.
This would not be possible without the support of donors, corporates, charities and businesses, working in partnership, as we seek to transform disadvantaged Black British student lives through education.
We continue to work towards finding more corporate sponsorship to unlock over £2.5mn in university donations and pledges.
