We then develop tailored, successful leadership and change programmes that leverage the power of authenticity, allyship and lived experiences, using evidence from people and behavioural science. Our extensive work and affiliation with academic peer-reviewed research is the foundation for our evidence-based approach to inclusive culture change.
In 2022, our Inclusion Ecosystem©️ programmes reached over 600 minoritized professionals, senior managers and leaders. The Inclusion Ecosystem © change programme drives culture change in your organisation, accelerating inclusion and diversity (I&D) and improving representation to attain your targets. We apply research evidence for successful inclusion and adopt a multi-level approach to change. We equip the ecosystem, giving underrepresented professionals the skills to navigate their context whilst simultaneously equipping senior leaders, allies, and managers with the skills to be sponsors and to drive wider inclusive culture change.
