Why ED&I is important to 30% Club
We are focused on driving balanced representation on FTSE 350 Boards and Executive Committees, both because it is the right thing to do and also because it will drive better quality decision making and commercial outcomes.
Our targets include beyond 30% female representation at Board and ExCo level of the FTSE 350, as well as one person of colour at each level by the end of 2023. We're focused on driving balanced representation on FTSE 350 Boards and Executive Committees and our work with Change the Race Ratio supports this publicly stated goal.
