We invest our time in getting to know up-and-coming racially and ethnically diverse talent for boards and senior leadership roles, in addition to connecting with well-established racially and ethnically diverse board and executive committee members.
To encourage inclusivity, we suggest our clients consider the skills required for a particular role rather than rely on the experience needed. We always provide our clients with diverse long lists of potential candidates, even if they have not asked for them.
In 2024, almost 10% of our board and executive committee appointments were ethnically diverse.
We are active supporters of the Parker Review to improve the ethnic and cultural diversity of UK boards; a proud sponsor of the 10,000 Black Interns programme and 25% of our consultants and research team are ethnically diverse.
