Join our upcoming Culture and Inclusion Knowledge Share webinar, Uneven Progress: What Works to Improve Black Representation in Senior Management.

The latest findings from the Parker Review show that Black leaders are significantly underrepresented compared to white colleagues and other ethnic minorities with representation standing at just 1.3%. Across Change the Race Ratio members, progress is similarly uneven. Black representation in senior management stands at 2.58%, although a small group of members are leading the way and have significantly closed the gap.

Hear from our speakers Bola Adesina, Group Inclusion Manager, Chaucer, Katie Scott-Caesar, Head of Inclusion – programmes, bp and Richard DeNetto, CEO, Change the Race Ratio, who will share practical examples of what is working in their businesses to address the underrepresentation of Black talent in senior management. They will explore how they are using data to inform decisions, widening access to talent, and improving transparency and accountability in progression and talent management. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A.
