AI, Inclusion and the Future of Leadership Pipelines
As AI reshapes how organisations hire, develop and promote talent, senior HR leaders are at the forefront of ensuring progress on inclusion is not only protected, but accelerated.
This member-only roundtable, hosted by CtRR Member AMS, will bring together CPOs and HR Directors to explore how to embed fairness, transparency and accountability into AI-led workforce transformation. Our guest speaker, Shaun Scantlebury, Partner, EY and author of a recent report, Performance Reimagined - How Gen AI transforms team performance, will share some of their perspectives on the opportunities and risks of AI transformation on inclusion in the workplace to get the conversation started
Building the discussion at our March reception, the session will create space for a candid, peer-level discussion on the questions that matter now. As AI begins to redefine skills, roles and progression pathways, what steps should we be taking to ensure this transformation strengthens rather than erodes the progress made on ethnic diversity in leadership pipelines?
We will also discuss where the greatest risks and opportunities lie, from recruitment algorithms and performance management to skills forecasting and workforce restructuring, and how these shifts could unintentionally deepen workplace inequality if left unchecked.
The conversation will also focus on the pivotal role HR leaders play in shaping governance and oversight; how to build accountability for fairness into AI systems, and how best to influence executive and board-level thinking on responsible adoption.
