The Change the Race Ratio People Leader’s Forum provides an opportunity for Chief People Officers and HR Directors to come together in a safe space environment to; collaborate, learn and share good practice, in pursuit of achieving race equity in senior leadership.
Each meeting is built around specific themes, for example policy & regulation, accelerating black representation and fostering inclusive cultures.
