Change the Race Ratio has been proud to be the campaigning group partnering with, and supporting the aims of, the Parker Review since our launch in 2020. Our joint aims are to increase racial and ethnic minority representation on Boards and in Leadership teams of the UK’s largest companies.
The Parker Review Annual Report is the authoritative view of ethnic diversity in business leadership in the UK. Since the Review’s inception in 2015, the composition of FTSE350 boards has changed. Boards are now more ethnically diverse and better reflect UK society. This year’s Report will also provide information on the impact of the Review’s request for business to set targets for senior management representation.
Change the Race Ratio members like yourselves represent the leadership group of businesses driving change on this agenda, as we evidence annually in our Progress Report.

Our speakers will share the highlights from the review findings, insights on how to continue to drive progress and how this work is integral to achieving the Governments growth ambition.
