We will be sharing insights on EY's new report 'DEI Interventions that deliver', which Change the Race Ratio also contributed to. We recognise that business are striving to create and deliver an approach to inclusion that works for all employees, which will be discussed along with some of the practical recommendations on how organisations can focus on DE&I interventions that work across multiple characteristics.
We will also be hearing about the brilliant development programmes FirstGroup have in place to support the progression and professional development of staff from historically under represented groups.

- Retention: providing flexibility on when and how roles are performed.
- Progression: offering structured development programmes to mentor and/or sponsor individuals to close gaps in access to career progression opportunities.
