Why ED&I is important to Keela
Work forms a large part of our lives. We are all human. Sharing and understanding our cultures, knowledge and lived experiences makes for a more enriched and enjoyable working environment.
Too often organisations talk the talk but never actually do more than a ‘tick box exercise’. Change the Race Ratio is supportive of helping leaders understand and address the imbalances in positive actions. I am hopeful this will also help address the inequality for female leaders.
The Keela UK Board is 75% ethnic minority and 50:50 gender balance.
