Change the Race Ratio’s commitments resonate strongly with EY’s purpose of building a better working world. We made anti-racism commitments to level the playing field for our colleagues from Black and other minority ethnic groups, and we know that targets, transparency, and accountability will help us to achieve these. 

I believe that creating a culture where you feel safe to be yourself, irrespective of your background, and are able to contribute your best, is central to any organisation’s success.  

That’s why the Change the Race Ratio campaign is important to me - it brings together a peer group of business leaders and gives us an opportunity to drive real change and progress"
