More speakers to be announced soon

Intersectionality refers to how multiple identities such as race and socio-economic background can shape a person’s experiences, disadvantage and privilege. Data from ONS highlights this dynamic, 16% of white people in the UK live in a household with below average income compared to 39% of people of Bangladeshi and Pakistani background.

Understand from our panel how businesses are leading the way to reduce the unique barriers to progression faced by ethnic minority colleagues from a lower socio-economic background. We will also discuss learnings from our work on race is influencing progress on social mobility and vice versa. And finally, we’ll also hear about programmes and campaigns that are supporting the next generation of ethnic minority talent to achieve their full potential.
