Leaders for Race Equity is a nine month programme, run with The 30% Club and Moving Ahead that shows the power of working together for change; it matches British business chiefs with ExCo pipeline talent from ethnic minority backgrounds, who are from outside their own organisations.
The goals of the programme are simple, but ambitious. To support businesses to make progress together on race equity, to enable leaders to connect to - and with - the experiences of racial and ethnically diverse talent, to create safe spaces for the sharing of ideas and ambitions and to enable and empower diverse talent.
The programme shows the power of working together and shaking it up cross-company to create change and accelerate progress towards racial equity.
