Turning CEOs into Race Equity Change Makers
Our Leaders for Race Equity programme, run with the 30% Club and Moving Ahead, shows the power of working together for change by matching CEOs with ExCo pipeline talent from ethnic minority backgrounds, who are from outside their own organisations.
This nine-month programme shows the power of working together and building connections cross-company to create change and accelerate progress towards racial equity.
The goals of the programme are simple, but ambitious;
- To support businesses to make progress together on race equity.
- To enable leaders to connect to - and with - the experiences of racial and ethnically diverse talent.
- To create safe spaces for the sharing of ideas and ambitions.
- To enable and empower diverse talent.
The first Cohort commenced their learning journey in May 2022. The Cohort includes leaders from organisations such as AMS, AXA, Barrett Development, NatWest, National Grid, London Stock Exchange Group, Reed Smith and Wincanton,
