The session will provide a space and an opportunity for you to crowd source the best advice on how to advance your ethnicity data collection campaign into 2023 and beyond, and tips on reporting for the first time.
Progress on data collection is being made by many firms, yet some are yet to start. If you’re just starting out, or looking to improve on your current disclosure rate, this session is designed with you in mind. The discussion will include tips on how to;
- Lay the foundations and build trust before collecting the data
- Run collection campaigns that work and include all employees
- Get the business and senior leadership team ready for their first EPG report
- Get the narrative action orientated
We will be joined by fellow signatories Lena Milosevic, Global Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, Aveva and Christos Tsaprounis, People and Culture Director at Auto Trader. Christos and Lena are two founders of the Mind the Gap Group who have compiled a report on the approach that FTSE100 firms took to report their Ethnicity Pay Gap Report.
Lena and Christos will introduce the campaign and share some of the reports findings and their own experience of running successful ethnicity disclosure campaigns.
