In 2024 we’ve seen significant progress from our signatories on increasing racial and ethnic minority representation at senior levels and great strides on improving data transparency and pay gap reporting. This progress has been achieved in a challenging environment with push back on ED&I in the UK and in the US and the recent horrific racist and Islamophobic riots and disorder.
Join your fellow Chief Diversity Officers and ED&I Directors for an important discussion on how to navigate this challenging context in 2025. Hear from business leaders and UK policy makers who will share their insights on the future of ED&I. They will highlight the actions that have delivered results, the role of ED&I as a strategic business imperative and how action to create a more inclusive workplace culture is needed in UK society now more than ever before.
